I've been using LMP since November of '06. Everything has seemed to work perfectly sending out weekly email newsletters. However, it's come to my attention that maybe no one is actually receiving them.
During my weekly email blast at the end of March I received back a flood of hundreds of "Email Undeliverable" messages. I thought it was a fluke, so sent it out again later and seemed to run fine. Now I'm hearing that many people haven't received one since then, a total of 7 weekly emails.
I'm receiving the emails perfectly on my computers (the server is at a separate location altogether), and others are not having any difficulty.
Questions: What might have happened? Is there any way I can check to see if people actually do receive the email other than call? Any adjustments that need to be made?
As far as LMP is concerned, everything appears to be performing perfectly. After running through the various lists, the "Sent Messages" tells me precisely how many were sent, etc. Nothing appears to be wrong.
