I have been running listmail for years at this address, but suddenly I can't connect. I have set up a new email address and password and reconfigured listmail to the new information, but still get the following message:
38 [SMTP Server]
Is enabled? Yes
ef Connecting to SMTP server.. Connected!
Could not say EHLO.
The SMTP server is not configured correctly. Check your settings.
As I am sending dailymail on a daily basis, I need to figure this out asap. Thanks!!

It seems that ListMail can connect but there is no response from the server once connected. Please ask your host whether they may have recently installed a firewall or other restriction preventing your PHP script from contacting the SMTP server.
