Title: Two followups with same sequence

I wanted to send two emails at the same time to one list but as seperate emails.  Only one of the emails came.  I guess it matters that they have different sequence numbers or should both of them been sent?

Unfortunately, at this time you may only have one followup for each sequence number.  I will add this as a possible improvement for the next release.  Another improvement could be to send a followup having the sequence "0" with the welcome message.
