I have imported a user list with custom fields.
I want to view/edit the custom fields but they are not shown when I edit a user in the user database.
How can I view/edit the custom fields?

In order for custom fields to be shown within the program they must be 'enabled'. That is, they must be given a 'name' under List Settings -> Custom Fields for each list.
