Title: Unsubscribe basics

As an unsubscribe option is now a legal requirement is there any chance of idots guide of how to add this option to my outgoing mails.
 I'm not a programmer type and am probably missing something obvious here.

Remove links can be easily inserted using a message code.  Click "Message Codes", then "Global Codes".  There should be a default code !remove there.  Use the code in your message and it will be replaced with a remove link that brings the user to the "List Settings" -> "Custom HTML" "Remove Confirm" and/or "Remove Success" page, depending on the message code options.
