Title: Unsubscribe Not Working with Errors

I'm getting warning errors when a unscribe as a user:

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/radisson/www/mail/signup.php on line 27

Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/radisson/www/mail/signup.php on line 63

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/radisson/www/mail/signup.php on line 65

Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in /home/radisson/www/mail/signup.php on line 131

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /home/radisson/www/mail/signup.php on line 133
ListMail Custom HTML not found! Please contact your administrator.

What have I fail to do?  I have been spinning on this for 3 hours.
