What section of the admin panel and help file discuss the different options for subscribers to unsubscribe. Specifically I'm looking for the details on a remove link in the body of the emails.

Look in 'message codes' - 'global message codes' where is a code !remove
 that you can include in messages.
 From the online help (help link at top of admin screen)... Some of these codes are essential. For example, you should always include a message code of the Remove Link type. Codes of this type will output an automatically generated link where your subscriber can quickly leave your list if he or she desires.
