Hi Dean
I have read everything in your notes about how to upgrade my ListMail but when I unzip the download I don't know which are the "main ListMail folder files"  you refer to in your instruction: -

Upgrade instructions:
1. Using FTP, replace your main ListMail folder files with the ones from the latest ZIP from the members area. (Note: CGI scripts and config.php can be left as is)

Am I doing something wrong? (Well, actually its' obvious I'm doing something wrong!)

The "main ListMail folder" is the one containing files such as admin.php, config.php etc.  You do not need to copy sub-folders of this folder.  What you need to do is overwrite your old files with the new ones from the latest ZIP.
