When trying to login we keep getting the message
"The server at example.com is taking too long to respond."
We've tried this on three different computers all with different online connections and all are having the same result. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, do we know when this issue may be addressed?

It would appear so. It's been down now for over 5 hours and it was down for quite a bit of time yesterday as well. So it's not just you.
Given the amount of down time, my guess is this is a big problem and Dean is working hard to fix it.

I thought the program is loaded on our servers and uses our servers how does LMP server have anything to do with the program working?

I do hosting for a few select clients and we were having some problems. Sorry about the confusion :)
