Title: Using HTML

I want to send an HTML email.  I copy the code into the HTML box and when I hit preview or send I get an error message saying that I must enter something into the text box.  Why is this?

This is because HTML messages are always sent in MIME multipart 'Text+HTML' format.  You must enter a text message to be displayed to those whose email clients do not support HTML.  The easiest solution is to set up a message code of the type "Link to HTML" and set it as the text message.
