Title: Welcome email with import

Hi Dean,

I have the welcome email working with subscription by email
but I would like to  check if the welcome email can be set to
be delivered immediately on importing a subscriber list.

I noticed also that the default setting for the first message
of a follow up series is 0 and so this apparently can't be sent
immediately either.
