Title: welcome emails, follow ups, etc not working

hi,

i can send test emails, i get a dailymail report, SMTP connects fine etc - but im not recieiving certain emails.

when new users sign up, i am not recieving notifications, nor are the users recieving their welcome messages.

im sure i am missing something extremely simple, but cant get my head round it at the minute.

any ideas?

Hi Joe,

Confirmation, welcome and some notification emails all use the PHP mail() function regardless of whether SMTP is enabled for larger list mailings.

Please ask your host to check if PHP mail() is working on the server.
