Title: When I log in, it bounces me back to the login screen

My ISP has install LM for me on the webserver. I get a screen saying "Enter Admin password", so I type install, and nothing happens, it just sits there.

Could anyone give me some advice

A Bit more info.

The first time I type in the password it says "Admin Logged in, Proceed" then about 1 second later it returns to the login page, and stays there regardless what I type

John,

Are you sure your browser can accept cookies?  Do you have trouble logging into to other member areas, such as HotMail?  Can you try another browser (ie. FireFox)?

If you continue to have troubles please submit a bug report (http://listmailpro.com/support?t=other).

Hi Dean,

I've tried Firefox and IE, I don't have any issues logging into other member areas.

Any other ideas? (I'll also try and submit a bug report)

I have the same problem.  When I type "install" as the password it temporarily says "admin logged in..." and then redirects back to login page.

Please submit these as bug reports to http://listmailpro.com/support for an investigation.
