Dear Dean,
When I import contacts from an external database, all seems to be fine and all my contacts are imported well, but the counters indicate that none contacts have been imported, but when I check the total number of contact on my list I can see that the contacts have been added successfully.
Can you tell me why the counters are not working? Any suggestions?.

Sounds like the same problem as your previous question. Perhaps JavaScript is disabled in your browser?
