I really find it hard to believe that you manage to give excellant support for a low priced product.
Our hosting company support was a waste of time, nobody seemed to have any idea, untill you intervened, even then their response was slow and pathetic (they told us we were on a Unix server when we were on a Frontpage server)
I must say how gratefull we are for your continued patience with our sorry saga.
