When I purchased the program a few months ago and bought the install from tech support there was a problem with my hosting company (Successful Hosting) ....they would not let you install the part that automatically deletes bounced email. So you set up a email address on the server that just collected all the no good email, and each time I do a emailing I have to manually delete all the bad email that keeps coming back. I liked the fact that the program "CLEANED" no good email and I want to see about getting this to work, however I can not remember what the script was or where it went that the hosting company did not like.
SO I don't know what to tell them or ask them in order to see if they will change their minds and let me use the script.
Can you please help me?
