Hi Val,

Thanks, but there are still missing pieces, if you are looking for old code, just look at the code posted up here (about 6-7 messages back), because even though DW says he updated the code, it's old code up there, unless he's talking about updating it somewhere else???

I see where to add the htmail in the query, but I'm still missing where to add this line:
Code: [Select]
if($htmail=='1') $htsel = ' selected'; else $htsel = '';
else $tosel = ' selected'; else $tosel = '';

Where does that fit in, in the old code above?

I see now, he updated the code at the TOP of this thread, but not in the middle, DW why don't you delete the code in the middle, it's incorrect!
Thanks,
-Brett

Dean,

This may have been asked before, but, using the first script in this thread, I only see the lists that the user is currently subscribed to. Is there a way to include other lists so they can add and/or remove themselves from these lists as well?

Thanks,
Lawrence

There is always a way, but this is beyond the scope of free customization support.  Unfortunately, I owe my focus to the update so cannot take on a custom job at this time.

Code doesn't seem to have the html/text option
« Reply #18 on: March 18, 2008, 08:50:06 am »
Hey there,

It looks like the current code posted at the top of the page with the October 2007 date doesn't include the option to change the html/text version for a user. Does anyone have what it should be?

I was trying to figure it out with the various postings from others, but seems like something is missing. Hoping someone has the full profile.php with the html/text update option.

Thanks,
Deb
