I am very sorry but multi-language is not yet available.  It could be some time.  I do not recommend / allow that you modify the files directly.  It is counter-productive for you, anyway, as when bugs are fixed and new features are added you are instructed to overwrite the files.  At some time in the future I will be providing "language file" support, which will allow me to update everyone and still have them use the language of their choice.

Templates, or "themes", are a consideration.  I will likely allow you to customize the fonts and colours of the program soon, and could provide full themes in a future update.  There are still a lot of great features to implement first, however.

A WYSIWYG HTML editor may not make it into ListMail.  I have considered it before, as it has been suggested a few times.  The reason I don't implement it is that what you see in the browser is not necessarily what is supported in email.  Email normally requires simple HTML messages free of JavaScript and FrontPage code.

Not that I know what I am talking about (in any language) but it would seem simple to have two (or more) lists, each in a different language and then offer the selection of which language to sign up for. There seems to be a facility for multi-list choices on sign-up and also multiple-list sign-up. If you were happy to do the translations, anyway, it would seem that you just paste the various language versions into their appropriate follow-up lists.
I wonder if this would help, you do get a lot of lists to use.
