'Smart' followup and user seq # renumbering
« on: July 12, 2006, 07:47:53 am »
Hi Dean,

The "'Smart' followup and user seq # renumbering" feature seems to be buggy now :( ...as of 1.86b (I think).

It doesn't always work when inserting followup emails "between" followups.  Sometimes (50% of the time for me) you get a "ghost like" double followup.  Where the followup has the same sequence number but the delay number is greyed out...not sure what is happening.

I use this feature all the time and love it...when it is working :)

Thanks for listening.

One more thing...

If you log out of ListMail and log back in, it seems to temporarily fix the problem.

Don,

This is because of the new ability to have TWO followups sent on the same day.  The two followups are required to have the same timing so one is greyed out.

When inserting / moving followups you should be able to choose "Cancel" or "OK" to pick what you want to do - let me know if you can't..
