This is happening because the subscriber entered their first and last name in the "first name" box of your subscription form and didn't capitalize their last name in the "last name" box of your form. You will need to edit this person's details in order for everything to print correctly.

Do a search for this person's email address and change their details.

If you have a large number of users with both the first and last name in the "first name" field you might use a custom script to split the names and place them in the correct fields.  I can help you out with a script if you like.  Once the script is executed it would not be recommended (if you are) to continue to accept full names in the first name field.
