Thanks for the suggestion! Indeed, I agree this would be a very useful (and easy!) improvement to message codes. While the first names may remain lower case in the user listing, the "First Name", "Last Name" and other codes could have an option for "capitalize first letters" which would happen when the code is being processed at sending time. I will put it on the list for the next release.
