"Subscription header" to identify subscriber origi
« on: October 15, 2004, 01:57:04 am »
Can we get a "subscription" header like aWeber seems to have
just implemented?

Code: [Select]
X-Subscription: Subscribed on 10/11/2004, via web form, by ##.###.###.###, from http://thisURL.com/
That is SO cool, and can be extremely helpful in guarding against
bogus spam complaints.

Also, a previous post of mine where I asked about (or supported
another customer's request for) a very loose ETA for the coming
update seems to have ... vanished. (?!)

Will you guesstimate for us, please?

As I said before, given the circumstances, I don't believe anyone
here will be 100% insistent upon pressuring you for an exact date.
But a loose estimate (X months? X weeks?) would be superb.

I believe that all of your customers would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks much, and I sincerely hope your move went well.
Respectfully,
HARMONY MAJOR

Is this implemented now?

If so, where does it get its information? From the fields in the the
csv file when I upload my subscribers? (I moved them from another script)

Regards
