I currently have been getting e-mails from subscribers informing me that when they click the unsubscribe link it shows someone elses e-mail address.  I have lost 200 subscribers who did not unsubscribe because the software is malfunctioning and have had to remove 100 people by hand that told me of the error.  I submitted a support request yesterday and have still not received a response but I see Dean posting here today.

What options do I have here?  I need to get this taken care of now, my monthly income is going down with each subscriber that is wrongfully taken off my list.

I'm sitting here watching unsubscribe notices come in left and right and I assume that people have already reported me as a spammer when they really did optin because when they click unsubscribe it shows someone elese e-mail.

Chris,

This is a very serious issue and I apologize for your frustration.  I have been talking with you through your support ticket.  My latest reply offers a potential fix, but unfortunately not a reason for this activity.  I suspect that your host's MySQL is malfunctioning or the problem could be due to resuming message queues that are still running in the background of the server.
