Can't get to Listmailpro administration login box?

I moved Listmailpro to a new sever. Setup my config.php file. Setup a MySQL database. I type
Listmailpro URL into explorer address field and I am getting this:

Why am I not directed to Listmailpro password login box?

It looks like ListMail cannot find the config.php file.  Once edited (as config.php.txt) it should be renamed to config.php.  I like to do this remotely via FTP.

This may mean there is a problem with the MySQL server or you need to change the MySQL "hostname" in ListMail's config.php to match the value provided by your web host.
