Are you familiar with the database tool "PhpMyAdmin", commonly available from your web hosting control panel?  You can use this tool to run custom SQL commands on your database.

I can help out with a custom command you can run. Can you explain exactly what you want to do?  Do you want all followups on all lists to have a new delay of 2?  What about current user values - should those also be set to 2?
