1 subscriber to 2 lists? or 2 followups on one day? or?

My list is set up with several hundred daily followups.

In addition to the daily message I'd like to occasionally send notification messages to new subscribers. What's the best way to do this?

Is there a way to automatically add a new subscriber to two lists at once?
i.e. He signs up for the daily list but is also added to the weekly notification list.

Or, can I just build this into my existing followup sequence?
i.e. on days 3, 7 and 14 for example, send out two messages. One being the regular daily message and the other the notification message.

Kind of like changing the followup from this...

Seq#  Delay#
1         0
2         0
3         0
4         0
5         0

to this...

Seq#  Delay#
1         0
2         0
3         0
3         0  * extra message this day
4         0

5         0  * extra message this day


Or is there a better way?

Currently it is not possible to set up 2 followups for the same day.  You would need to use multi-list subscription for this.  Here's the help page: Create a Signup Form

You can also use the "Send Email" or scheduler features to send email to your lists alongside followup messages.

The only problem is that there is not currently a "Global Remove" link.  Each user would need to unsubscribe from each list separately.  This addition to the remove feature should be in the next update.
