Backup database "ERROR - MISSING DATA TABLES"

Pete here again...
Have I messed something up?
I am wary of updating Listmail to one of the newer releases because of the following error. can you point me in the right direction?

Optimizing tables... DONE
Writing backup file... DONE
Verifying backup file... ERROR - MISSING DATA TABLES
Zipping... DONE

Pete,

In recent versions there are improvements to the backup process that prevent this error, which happens on some hosts.

I recommend doing a manual backup and the upgrading ListMail.

Do you have access to the "PhpMyAdmin" MySQL tool - it's often available in your web hosting control panel.
