MySQL is a backend feature common to web hosting.  The details for this section in ListMail's config.php file are usually created by you from your web hosting control panel.  You need to set up a database and a username and password with full access to the database.  If this cannot be found in your hosting control panel I would advise asking your web host.

I have responded to your support ticket now - I apologize for the delay.
