As we beign to setup LMP, we noticed that after using LMP to delete users (1 at a time), they still exist in the Exported csv file. How do we remove the test users from our 1st list?

On the Export page, at the very left of each rule is the user status you want exported. If this is set to "All" it will include unconfirmed, bounced and removed users as well as active ones. Try changing this option to "Active" users.

Great stuff Dean. Thanks for your continued support. So how do we truly delete users from our list (ie. actually removing from the database even after we use LMP to delete them)?

All removals can be deleted automatically by disabling the "Keep removed users in database but don't mail" option on the List Settings page.

Alternately, with the option enabled, you can browse "Removed" users on the "User Database" page and when you click Delete here they are deleted from the database. Checkboxes are coming...

Hey Dean,

As we were testing, just thought of a function and thought to pass it along.

A check box option to bring users from active to remove and back would be great. Some users want to be back on the newsletter list again and a check box to active them would be great!

This is coming. The next update will sport checkboxes that can delete, move, copy and edit user data. I'm working on it regularly but there is still a lot to do. (I've learned a lot since 2002 and some major essential overhauls are being done) Your patience is appreciated.
