To run ListMail you need a domain name and commercial web host supportive of the amount of email you would like to send. Some hosts are recommended
here. The
Control Panel is provided by your host and is used to manage email accounts and other aspects of your web hosting.
FTP access is also provided by your host and is for transferring your web site files from your home computer to the host for serving your web site to the world.
