The cron task should look like as mentioned in the help, here:
http://listmailpro.com/help/dailymail_cron.htmlThe first part 0 0 * * * is the timing, the second part is the command. The command should be modified to contain your ListMail dailymail password. No other options should be set here.
In ListMail you can schedule one-time messages simply by clicking "Send Email" then choose "Schedule" from the drop-down to set the date. If you don't find it there, click "Scheduler" from the main left menu.
Followup messages, if they exist on a list, are sent automatically to those subscribers. When a new user subscribes they start at the first followup. If you have users at the end of the sequence they will be sent new followups you add on the schedule you set them for.
