Follow Up Msg doesn't working

Hello Dean..

A little bit confuse..
Why your follow up system doesn't work anymore?
I've tested the system,but it say that my listmailpro work properly by sending this kind of message in my email :

The server successfully received and relayed the test message to a
remote address.

This most likely means that SMTP is configured correctly.

Why? How to configure all this? Plz help me a.s.a.p Dean. I really need your help.

Greetings,

Having SMTP set up and having followup messages work correctly are two different things.  For the timed followups, you need to set up a scheduled "cron task", as per the help page here:

Some alternative cron commands, which can be useful in the event that your server supports cron but not the "/usr/bin/wget" program used by default, can be found at the following link:

If your web host does not support cron you can run your own, as per this help page:
