Email not sending ....

:( I am getting the following message when I am trying to send my regular newsletter. Does anyone know what this means? and does it mean my emails are being sent or not ... nothing seems to be happening ... but I don't think there is anything being sent ... This screen containg this message has been showing for at least an hour ..??

Please wait while your email is queued to send. Duplicate entry 0 for key 1

I am sorry but the thread really doesn't help me with my problem. I have several urgent emails to send and the technical responses you sent me to do not seem to be related to the error message I am recieving ..

Please wait while your email is queued to send ... duplicate entry "0" for key "1"

There are no communications in front of the one I am trying to send so there should be no delay in sending.

Could you please explain to me as simply as possible, what you think may be the problem here.

In the meantime I will fill in your help request form.

Can't save my follow up emails

Am getting the same error message now when I am trying to save and schedule my email follow ups against a selected mailing list.

This is getting v frustrating ... why can't I save my communications ... am getting very behind...

The suggested post does contain a fix that relates to your issue (duplicate key error message on sending/queuing of messages) Please submit your information here and I will apply the fix or look into any other problems.
