Can't save my follow up emails!!!

I am getting the following error message

duplicate entry "0" for key "1"

when I am trying to save and schedule my follow up emails. It's really frustrating as I am inputting new content and when I hit save follow up I get the above message and then loose my work...

Please help :(  ...

It seems the ListMail tables may have lost their indexes.  Please submit your info for a manual fix.
