I have an ebook I'd like to suggest to you. It's
called "Think and Grow Rich." It's not really golf
related, but I think you'd enjoy it. At first, I
thought it was going to be all about making money. As
I've read it, though, I've found the ideas can be
applied to many situations in everyday life. I've
found it quite inspirational. You can get your free
copy HERE.

Ken,

The date the email is sent (Date: Sun, 6 Feb 2005 16:59:19 -0600) is the date the email is sent to your server for processing.  ListMail delivers messages to your server. From there, it's up to the server to get the email delivered.  I wish I had some clues as to what was going on, but there is nothing I can really do without administrator access to the server.

You may want to consider switching hosts.  DreamHost is only $7.95/mo and does not have these problems.

Regards
Dean Wiebe
