Using the attachment features
« on: December 14, 2005, 07:39:10 pm »
This is the first time I have posted.  My son David Hanzal has been doing most of the work.  He showed me how to attach files by using an FFP program that allowed me to directly load my files into the list mail attach file.  That worked splendly.  For two or three times I was able to use the attachment program.  Then it stopped working.  For two days I tried everything.  It worked last night.  Now it has again stopped working.  I hit add and the box appears.  I check the file and then hit Set Attachment and nothing happens.  Why does it work one night and not another.  Is it because I am directly loading into the list mail via FFP program?  I am very confused and frustrated because the on an off again performance.  It appears that when I hit add and the box appears it is retrieving the files from my server, but that does not seem possiible.  Please provide me some help and let me know where to look for the answer when you send it.  Thank you, first time user.

Hi Al,

I have identified some problems with the attachment feature when browsing with FireFox.  Please use Internet Explorer for attaching files until I get this fixed.  Please let me know if you continue to have trouble with the feature.

PS. It's not generally a good idea to post your email address in a forum.  For your safety I have removed yours from your post.

PPS.  I believe it's FTP, not FFP, check out these definitions from Google.

Regards :D
