I tried setting up a follow up message with the new script and these is what I got:

Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

Any suggestions?

It's possible that your MySQL permissions do not allow the "ALTER" MySQL command used by the upgrade process.  Did you see any error messages upon upgrade?

Since you're submitting your information (see other post) please include a note about this as well and I will investigate and perform any necessary repairs.

FOLLOW UP NOT WORKING

I asked my host if it supports the "ALTER" command, here is there reply:

It appears that you ave an error in the MySQL syntax. Please, check it. The ALTER MySQL command is allowed on the server. You can check that in phpMyAdmin in your cPanel > MySQL Databases.

If you have any further technical questions, do not hesitate to contact us again.

I went to the MySQL database, but I couldn't figure out how to check for errors.

Ricardo,

Alright, I received your information and have fixed your installation!

1. A field added at the last update wasn't applied to your followup table.  I checked the upgrade script and its all there as it should be.  I also tested this before releasing.  I don't know why this certain command didn't take, but the rest of them did.  I manually applied the command adding the new field to followups (for the new cron-style timing).

2. Bounce processing was disabled on your ListMail installation.  Enabling it allowed the existing configured bounce script and Mail Forwarder to do their job.

3. The dailymail password set up in the cron job in cPanel did not match your current one in ListMail.  If you change the Dailymail password you must also update the cron job.

4. I set up the new auto-resume script (http://listmailpro.com/help/autoresume.html) to run once every 20 minutes.

That's it!  You should be all set now.  cPanel is known to work well with ListMail. :-)
