for email signup--custom html not saving

Hi--
This appeared to be working earlier, but suddenly my custom signup success html messages for different lists are not saving. I can enter new html, rename the message, and press the save html button, but when I return to that list it has returned to default HTML again, and that's what it displays when I test it.

Is there something else that has to be set for this to work?? Hoping to get this site live this weekend, so help will be gratefully appreciated...

Hi Lisa,

While clicking "Custom HTML" from the List Settings page will start modifying the Custom HTML set applied to your list the Custom HTML editing pages are separate from the List Settings page.  What you need to do is set up your custom HTML. Then, on the List Settings page, choose the correct  (as you named it) "set" of Custom HTML pages to use, and Save.
