Form is not working...

I have several list on one LMP install...

I did a back up and restored it to a different LMP install on a different domain.  

All seems to be fine but when I use the form on the new LMP the confirm page that is suppose to tell them to check their email shows up blank and I get a blank email sent to the customer...

The emails come in with no subject and no body text

I triple checked and there is HTML in the custom HTML / sign-up confirm...

Even when I sign in to the admin section and use the test form it does the same thing!

Any ideas?

Please submit your info as I think there may be a bug in the backup process that needs to be fixed immediately... There should be no data loss, but if you still have access to the old installation please also send FTP and control panel access for it.
