URGENT HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello Dean,
I'm moving my site travelpoints.com to a new server. On Friday, i accidently, really, it was an accident, started the move to the new dedicated server. Now, I didn't export my lists before the old site was turned off so now i can't access my lists at all. I don't have access to the SQL server and I will have to have the people at the old hosting account do it but I don't know how to direct them to it. Can you help me out here?
It would be great if I could phone you if possible at all. I'm also willing to pay you whatever it takes to get this problem fixed. We have 15000 names on that server!!!

Sorry to hear about your mishap.  Indeed, you should extract your ListMail data before cancelling your old host or changing the DNS.  If you didn't cancel, and only changed the DNS, you may still be able to access your control panel to retrieve your ListMail tables via PhpMAdmin.  What you need is a MySQL "dump" of the ListMail tables.  Once/if obtained, the dump file can be used to restore all of your ListMail data on the new host.
