How do I get a full refund?

LMP won't work for me with purchases so I will need to get a refund.
I asked some time ago and have still not received a reply to my question.

It is very possible to integrate ListMail with shopping cart software.  Examples can be seen in the customizations forum. Some shopping carts feature plugins to add users to ListMail, such as aMember and aShop.  I am also available for some custom work to integrate ListMail with your existing cart - such efforts generally cost around $50 at most.

You told me in an earlier post that LMP cannot deliver a digital file such as a pdf automatically afer a purchase.
Let me explain what I need then you can let me know if it will work.
I will have a joomla subscription membership site with aMember integration. I have Pay Pal for both membership payments and purchases.
I need an autoresponder that can automatically deliver a pdf when one is purchased.
So: say I become a member of the site and pay the membership fee, I'll probably get a message from aMember and not LMP right ? Then later I want to purchase an e-book through the site and pay through Pay Pal. How will it be delivered to me automatically after payment is processed?
At the moment I use 1shoppingcart as my autoresponder, but before I upgrade to their more expensive monthly service using the shopping cart, I'd like to see if LMP can do what I need.
