How do you start your follow up sequence?
« on: November 10, 2005, 10:01:31 am »
I made a list of 10 emails, I sequenced them

1-0
2-4
3-4
5-4
6-4
7-4
8-4
9-4
10-4

The first message 24 hours after sign up, then 4 days after until they are sent through the course...

and for some reason it is not sarting up when someone signs up
for my mini-course.

I already had 50 people on my list when I set this up....

Can you give me any direction please.

Have you verified that the dailymail scheduled task is running correctly?  Here's the help page.

Enable the dailymail report on the ListMail Config page and you should receive a notification email when it runs.  If it is running your new (and existing, if Seq# is low) users should be able to receive followups.

Charles,

Glad you got it sorted out.  Please note that a delay of 4 will result in a period of 5 days between emails. :)
