Our scheduled email function is not working. I believe this should have been set up when I purchased the ListmailPro Installation.
I had a test email scheduled to go out last week, and that did not go. Then I had a newsletter posted to go out, and that did not go. I have since cancelled both.
The newsletter not going out created havoc.
If you could please advise what needs to be done to rectify this problem.
