I wonder If you could please help me. I have had listmail for about 2 years now and it is definately not sending out the follow up emails anymore, I do believe it was originally. It now just sends the welcome email (on all 40 programs) then that is it.

I believe I have all the follow ups set up correctly the first follow up intended to go out 48 hours later (delay set at 1) then so on, I have not changed anything it has just stopped sending the follow ups and they are sitting in the queue.

Could someone please help me with this is a big problem and we need to get it fixed ASAP.

The easiest way to contact me is to send me an email, which is tpmf@picfaw.freeserve.co.uk

Thankyou

Hi Tim,

It sounds like something changed at your web host.  It's possible they disabled "wget" the system utility used by the task.

Here's the help page for the task...:
http://www.listmailpro.com/help/dailymail_cron.html

You probably still have the old task set up, it just doesn't work.  So I would advise contacting your host about the "best way" to "browse to a web page each day" and then update your cron task.

For hands-on assistance with this please order a Server Analysis here:

You may also respond here in the forum for more free hands-off assistance.
