Hi!...

I am trying to import the CSV made in Excel but i don't have any success.

I'm waiting when the file is send but nothing is happening!..

Can you guide me ?

It's possible that your host has a problem with uploading files via the web.  Try sending your CSV file with FTP to your main ListMail directory.  Then, type the filename into the second box on the Import page.

i have try this thing two and it s not working!... everything seems ok but the import is not successful .. i have try this with Firefox and IE..

Any other suggestion?

Note: This script can take awhile and the counters may not update properly. Be patient for best results.  and nothing is happening! :(

Hello again .. i have import only one collum the email adresss but the first name and last name i have not been able to import them can you guide me on this.

Is there a special way the CSV are done.. or i use a french alphabet any advice on this?

Standard CSV format is quote-separated with the fields in no particular order, similar to as follows:

"email@site.com","First","Last"
"email2@site.com","First","Last"

When you choose the file to import you should be presented with a "Field match" page where you can match up fields to data based on the first line of the file.  ie:

email@site.com -> Email Address
First -> First Name
Last -> Last Name

Setting the fields this way should allow all data to be imported as expected.
