Can't add new users manually, edituser.php not working

Had to move my site to a new server. ListMail appears to be working in all ways except I can't add users manually. When I click on "Add User", the same page comes up. The web browser reads:
http://www.probablegolfinstruction.com/mail/edituser.php?list=4&pgnum=1&sby=dadd&sord=desc&cnf=1&add=1&edit=1&sfor=&txtsfor=

So, clicking on "Add User" just adds:
&pgnum=1&sby=dadd&sord=desc&cnf=1&add=1&edit=1&sfor=&txtsfor=
(Page 1, my first list, always comes up)
to the URL.

Please help.

There may be a bug in your version.  Are you on a more recent copy of the program? (v1.8+)

Are you using a new browser, perhaps one that has generous cache settings?

If none of the above apply please submit a bug report and I'll check it out.
