Website suitability for Listmailpro
« on: August 17, 2007, 04:08:44 am »
Hi all,

I'm looking to send out lists to attract people to my network marketing website. I have been provided with an introduction website from the parent Company - http://captbearuk.successuniversity.com

I am also revamping my own personal website for other business opportunities.

My question is:- does anyone know if it's possible to set up Listmailpro from the http://captbearuk.successuniversity.com or will I need to wait until my own site is ready to go?

Regards

Glyn

Hi Glyn,

You should be able to run ListMail on a subdomain - I have done many such installations.  Full commercial hosting supporting the requirements is needed.  Normally, to avoid authentication issues, I try to create the bounce address (or Admin email if bounce is disabled) and list "Send From Email" as an email address on the actual subdomain, but it should also work as an address on the main domain.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for the prompt response. This is a new area for me and while I'm keen to learn anything new, I think I'll get started by paying for the technical assisstance to install it properly. Now that I know it can be done.

I can see that I've plenty of forum reading ahead of me. Thanks again.
