invalid data
« on: July 06, 2007, 08:44:13 am »
I have backed up a complete site and restored it to a totally different site. My idea is to separate my databases into different categories.

Now after restoring the database to the new site successfully, I went in to DELETE the databases that I did not want on this LMP site.

So I selected the list
went to the bottom right - clicked Delete List
and the response was
"invalid data"

What am I doiing wrong?

Norm,

I don't think you did anything wrong but ListMail might have... Do you want to submit your access for an investigation?  Please include notes about which list you cannot delete, etc.  Also, if you can, please upload the backup file you recently restored to your ListMail folder.

In case ListMail messed up the backup, do you still have access to your original database?

Hi Norm, please do not post sensitive information to the forum.  You can email me the file to dean@... or simply upload it to your ListMail folder and let me know the filename via your support ticket.

I should have a chance to look at this in depth some time this evening.
