Listmail not directing to the confirm page

I have a confirm page on our website and entered the URL into Listmail.

It seems to have stopped working, although people are added to the list and receive the welcome message.

I can still reach the page if I type the address in manually so I know it is there.  

Any suggestions as to what has gone wrong please?

Hi Melody,

It sounds like you have set the "Signup Success" custom page to forward to a URL on your site (instead of using the HTML entered in LMP and adding dynamic error messages).  Is that right?  Can you tell me exactly what you have set up and where?

Each "set" of Custom HTML pages can be applied to one or more lists.  You add and modify sets from the Custom Page, then the set each list uses is chosen on the List Settings page.  Could this be causing some confusion?

Thanks for your reply.

I think it may be Signup Success - I have just checked and it points to a page on our old host.(we changed servers)

I had changed Signup Confirm to point to the new site but not Success.

What is the difference between these please?

Signup Confirm Page:

This page is shown when a user successfully enters valid information in the signup form and email confirmation is turned on for the list being subscribed to. This page should notify the user to check their email where they will find a link to verify their subscription. Message codes can be used in your HTML to output user information.

Signup Success Page:

This page is shown when a user successfully enters valid information in the signup form (email confirm turned off) or when the user clicks the confirmation link in the confirmation email (email confirm turned on). Message codes can be used in your HTML to output user information.

In summary, the confirm page is shown when you have enabled the Confirmation message for your list, with Signup Success being shown -after- the user confirms. Without Confirmation enabled, just the Signup Success page is shown.
