Listmail not sending follow up emails

Hi,
Could someone please help us. Our list mail is not sending out the follow up emails. It sends the welcome email then that is it. It still has about 1000 emails sitting in the queue waiting to be sent out. It worked when we originally set it up. We didn't change anything it just stopped sending the follow ups and they are sitting in the queue. Could someone please help this is a big problem and we need to get it fixed ASAP.

Here is the error that it shows when we try to resume sending the mail in the que.

Sending error. Check your mail settings.
